本日は2019年6月10日です。6月も、もはや3分の1が過ぎてしまいました。
今年の福井県の梅雨入りは6月7日でした。弊社から車で半時間ほど移動すると滋賀県へ行くことが出来ます。しかし、滋賀県はまだ梅雨入りをしていません。
今朝の朝礼では、梅雨入りで工場内は高温多湿になるので、弁当を持参しているスタッフは食中毒に気を付けるように指示がなされました。実は、食中毒は年中発生しておりますが、これからの季節は「細菌性食中毒」に注意しなくてはなりません。この「細菌性食中毒」は、「食中毒」全体の90％を占めています。「細菌性食中毒」の主な例としては、「腸炎ビブリオ」「サルモネラ」「カンピロバクター」「O157」などがあります。このような食中毒が発生しないよう、次のような予防対策を講じましょう！
＜食中毒は 細菌を付けない・増やさない・やっつける の3原則で予防しよう＞
〇 手指の洗浄・消毒
〇 持参した弁当はクーラーの効いた部屋や冷蔵庫に保管
〇 肉類は中まで加熱
また、梅雨時期における工場内の高温多湿は、鉄骨製造工程に多少なりとも影響があります。まず、この時期は鉄が錆びやすくなります。次に、錆を防ぐために塗装を行いますが、高温多湿条件下で溶剤型塗料をスプレーすると、白くぼけてツヤが無くなってしまうことがあります。このような白化現象を“かぶり”（Blushing、ブラッシング）と呼びます。したがって、梅雨時期の塗装作業は、時間帯や工場内の湿度の推移をよく検討し、かつ、蒸発の遅いシンナーを使うことで “かぶり” が発生しないよう細心の注意が払われます。

Today is June 10, 2019. One third has ended this month. The start of the rainy season was announced for the Fukui prefecture June 7th. You can go to Shiga Prefecture by moving from our company for about half an hour. However, the start of the rainy season will not be announced for the Shiga prefecture yet.
At this morning’s meeting, the leader employees instructed the staff members to take care of food poisoning, as the rainy season causes the factory to get hot and humid. As a matter of fact, food poisoning occurs all year round. However, in the coming season, we need to pay special attention to “bacterial food poisoning”. This “bacterial food poisoning” accounts for 90% of all “food poisoning”. The main examples of “bacterial food poisoning” include Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Salmonella, Campylobacter, and O157. Let’s take the following preventive measures so that such food poisoning does not occur!
<Let food poisoning prevent with three principles, kill bacteria, not to attach, not to increase.>
☆ Wash hands and fingers cleanly.
☆ Store the brought lunch in a cooler room or refrigerator.
☆ Meat is heated well.
In addition, the high temperature and humidity in the plant during the rainy season has some influence on the steel frame manufacturing process. First, iron tends to rust during this time. Next, paint is applied to prevent rust on the surface of the steel frame. However, if the solvent type paint is sprayed on the surface of the steel frame under hot and humid conditions, the painted surface may be blurred white and lose its gloss. Such whitening phenomenon is called “Blushing”. Therefore, we carefully observe the “painting time zone” and “humidity change” in the factory during the rainy season, and paint using a solvent that evaporates slowly so that the “brushing” phenomenon does not occur.
